Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP)
Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) supports people in earning and keeping jobs after leaving high school (or an adult transition program) and/or when transitioning from a subminimum wage job or work program.
​
This support is for people who have done one of these things in the past two (2) years:​
​
-
Graduated from high school
-
Exited school at age 22
-
Exited a work program
-
Ended subminimum wage work
​
You must also:
​

Be interested in competitive integrated employment
-
Be able to make decisions, with or without support
-
Be able to regulate your body and refrain from engaging in unsafe actions
-
Be a Regional Center client
