Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP)

Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) supports people in earning and keeping jobs after leaving high school (or an adult transition program) and/or when transitioning from a subminimum wage job or work program.

​

This support is for people who have done one of these things in the past two (2) years:​

​

  • Graduated from high school

  • Exited school at age 22

  • Exited a work program

  • Ended subminimum wage work

​

You must also:

​

  • Be interested in competitive integrated employment

  • Be able to make decisions, with or without support

  • Be able to regulate your body and refrain from engaging in unsafe actions

  • Be a Regional Center client
